The goal of this is to create a capability and/or a role in WordPress that someone could assign to a WP user in order for them to gain access to the plugin pages. This would help to not have to set someone with admin privileges in order to get access to plugin pages.

Add the option to select or upload a covershot with the Uploader shortcode.
