Webhooks and/or email notification when media passes set treshold

As a Ziggeo customer It would be interesting for me to be able to set a threshold for video playback, allowing me to be able to notice any videos going viral.

If for example the video playback threshold is set to 1.000.000 playbacks and this is reached the notification fires for this video.

I think this has several uses... one to alert us to "good news" for a video we might want to feature, but perhaps more importantly to protect from "bad news" for a single outlier video that might suddenly cause our budget to increase 10x unexpectedly.
