Events: On Device Orientation Change

While embedding might not resize or move, it would be interesting to know if the orientation of the device has been changed.

This would make it easy to update some other parts of the page connected to the embedding or do additional changes around embedding once this happens.

Since it would be easy to listen to the device orientation through JS this was left in favor of some other feature requests instead that would be a bit harder to do without our code support.
